Zoo-tripping – Noorder Dierenpark

We did a road tour to a few Zoo’s: the first is Noorder Dierenpark in Emmen.
Lovely park, however strangely divided into two parts.

They feature a great set of animals, all held in pretty enclosures. Their speciality are the vast amount of baboons, elephants and Humboldt’s penguins. We’ve had a blast cruising the zoo, yet found it to be about a 5 hour trip all around it. Too bad that’s about the time it took us to get there in the first place. 😉
